During the research phase of building the intranet feature, we also discovered similar issues with B2C communication.
1. Inefficient communicating with their customers
Customers' insights and feedbacks scatter around in popular social platforms. The company hardly gets in touch with their customers. And it’s a high cost to pay for that information
