Sontana : Bangkok Design Week 2021



Sontana is a new panel design discussion in Bangkok Design Week 2021, hosted by 27June Studio. Each year Sontana will host arrange small exhibition with multiple designers on different topics. We want the brand to be flexible enough to suit any theme that'll change through the years. My role is to develop the brand visual concept and brand materials for the exhibition.

Concept


Sontana means conversation in the Thai language. The brand is neutral and contemporary. We defined Sontana as the place where every one comfortable to discuss anything. No matter how heavy, complicated and crazy the topic is, Sontana always has some space for those dialogs to fit in.






Visual Direction


The logo displays the relationship between "Space" and "Conversation". And since the location of the exhibition changes every year, I used the floor and building plan from that exhibition location to create dynamic logos and posters.
